hello all! Kip again. not sure who else it would be :P
a lot has happened since my last update! i thought i'd be able to do daily updates but wow finding time to play and write between classes is tougher than i thought!
first of all, Sun has been getting all sorts of stuff done! he's been building all sorts of stuff around spawn, but first of all he finished his starter house! i think it looks super awesome on the outside, especially with the portal he made! i'm still getting geared up so i'm not ready to head in just yet (plus i want to go with someone else when they're online! i go to sleep pretty early and the rest of my friends sleep pretty late, so it's sometimes hard for me to be on at the same time.)
i think his design choices are awesome, i wish i could build like him! alas, i'm down with a terrible case of "good at the game but it doesn't look pretty" syndrome so most of my builds are just gonna be awkward looking squares. though i'm still pretty proud of my starter house! regardless of my skills, i let Sun know how awesome i thought his build was by dropping a few diamonds i found in one of his chests.
speaking of diamonds, (if you didn't notice my hotbar) i have them now! i don't quite have full diamond, but i've got some tools which have been serving me well! my next goal is to get an enchantment table for the group, Sun said if i did that he'd make a cute little enchanting area near spawn for us all! can't wait to see that.
i believe Sun and i are the only ones who have made a whole lot of progress in the last week. MrBlueSun has been pretty busy with computer science stuff and Toaster the same with chem. he's already dreading his ochem semester and from what i've heard he should be! they haven't just had a day long minecraft phase though, they've both said they have plans for builds, especially Toaster. i'm interested to see what he means by that, but all i know is that he wants me to get a sheep farm going, so that's my next task!
anywho, i'm writing this pretty late and i've got an 8:00 am class tomorrow so i should be getting to sleep. talk to you all later!
